A little story here. Went to North Star a few weeks ago, didn't bring my DH bike. Rented this pile. Fast manual and it snapped first run 1/4 way down the hill. (No, I didn't land and the backside causing the fork to break. This was equipment failure. Broke front of my new full face with ground. The ONLY reason I didn't snap my neck was because my suit rode up high while sliding on my face and it cause my helmet to stop from the back area riding up. Life flighted to Reno. 30K later and walked out of e room that night. Lesson...don't rent old ass downhill bikes. Rode the next two days. As I sit her three weeks later, my neck is tweaked as hell. Oh well.....live and learn and happy to be riding again.
